They stress patients to be on time but I waited an hour to see doctor. Seems disorganized and rundown office.
Dr. B seems nice at first, but his arrogance quickly overshadows that. I had a cyst pinching a nerve so badly that my arm would go numb whenever I used it. I visited him five times and had the cyst drained twice, only for it to return worse each time. When I asked for a doctor’s note stating that I was having difficulty driving, he refused—saying he wouldn’t be able to explain it to a board, which is nonsense considering this is a condition that requires surgery to correct. Beware- my son had a lacrosse injury as a junior in high school and had shoulder surgery with Dr Ahmad who was awesome! Their billing dept is a different story. They are unprofessional and unwilling to help in any way. Between my health insurance and school insurance payments they sent me to collections for the balance of the surgery.
