Kia with customer service at the front desk was great. She went out of her way to help us after we got bumped due to over booking at another hotel.
Room was ok. Didn't know until I got there that pool was closed and no more complementary breakfast served now. Pretty disappointing. The staff was nice
It works for my needs overall. Right off I-77 and easily accessible. Not much to see out the windows but there is an indoor pool and a laundry room. The gym could use a simple rack of freeweights, a cable machine, and some yoga mats for a more complete workout. It has a few too many cardio machines and only a lat pulldown machine. I think there may have been a couple of stability balls and 3-6 kettlebells (not pairs). I also don't think I saw a bench.
