Clean and comfortable room. Bathroom had terrible lighting (very dim) and only one hook for towels. No towel bar.
No "constant fan" mode on AC and room was hot. Loud abrupt noise when AC kicks on. Loud road noise. Dirty shower with mold and hair. Couldn't pay me to stay here again.
My room had mold in it, the young lady gave me another room but, I won’t be returning to this hotel for the simple fact they have no microwave in the room. I wish I could upload pics
Marriott, you truly broke my trust. I booked my stay through my Bonvoy account, and the money was taken off my card well before I even arrived. Yet when I got there, I was told my card wasn’t accepted even though you had already charged me. How does that make sense? The treatment I received that night was absolutely unacceptable. I couldn’t reach anyone for help, and the staff member at the front desk acted as if my situation was nothing but an inconvenience. No compassion, no effort, no care.
