IF I go rate this office with no stars that would be it. They do not keep appointments as scheduled. The office manager has no respect and lies about appointment times. In addition, as an MD this doc appears to be in solo practice w/o a seasoned Neurosurgeon in practice with him. Otten has only been in practice for about 3 years....I would NOT TRUST HIM WITH MY BACK.
