I had the easiest and most amazing car buying process at Columbia Motor Company. Justin was so helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed me up with the PERFECT car for my family! I am so pleased with my new car and feel lucky to have gotten the opportunity to have such a great car buying experience in an easy, family friendly environment! I will definitely be recommending Columbia Motor Company to all my family and friends!
Although I did not purchase the vehicle, I found Justin to curtious, patient, and extremely helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions. If my future plans include purchasing a vehicle, I would not hesitate to call on Justin.
10/10 recommend buying a vehicle from Columbia Motor Company. Justin is the gentleman that I worked with, and he made the process as easy as possible. Took no more than 5-10 minutes between phone calls and texts from start to finish and the deal was done remotely. All I had to do was get the truck. The truck also looked even better in person. Cannot recommend enough!
Bought a car less than two months ago. Had the car two weeks took to the mechanic because it was not sounding right and was told it needed a new transmission, went back to the dealer and talked with co owner Justin and asked if they could help make this right since I just spent $7,000 cash for the car and they told me if anything were to go wrong they would be more to then happy to help when I was there buying the car. Buyer Beware I hate to write this, but I feel people should be careful. I purchased a car about a year ago. At first, I barely drove it since I was working from home, but once I started driving more, I discovered the car had hidden flood damage. I found rice stuffed inside the doors, lights, visor, and even falling from the sunroof window—clearly an attempt to soak up water.
