Very inconsiderate and unprofessional.. they do as little as possible in as far as taking care of their tax paying customers. Instead of educating their customer base, their replies to any questions or complaints are answered not by them, but by previously retired employees.

For the last 5 years they haven't performed thier duties. We pay for it out of our land taxes. So please do your job. Thank u
