Attended Women at Heart Forum 2/24. Venue was perfect.
I found the staff courteous and helpful. It is not unusual for venues like this to restrict outside food and drink. A little more seating for the food service would be nice. I did not see any site maps, only directional signs. It is a much nicer venue than the North Charleston facility for the exhibits.
The staff is fabulous! I got a response to my inquiry within less than 24hrs. I scheduled a date to view my room selection and Alexa was extremely helpful with visual and moving forward with my event. They offer a lot and the food is great! We know our event will be successful just knowing it will be at the convention center!!
They did not keep the screen updated that says what events are taking place that day when you walk in, so you have to walk around and guess where your event is. Continuing Ed is all about the food, and a little about learning. :) The lunch on the first day was small and not filling. Also, they brought the covered dishes out on a table and left them there.
