I love Dr Kennedy and his staff! He takes time to hear me and the staff are friendly and always helpful, especially Susan, Alicia and Mandy!
What a joke! Seriously if you have any issues needing addressed do not come here stay away. If you want to hear some made up crap that you hear 3 other patients hearing the same exact thing come here, if your in good health and want to hear that come here. You will never get to talk to a doctor outside of your appointment, you will never reach a nurse and if by some miracle you actually pull that off yeah nope they have to talk with the doctor and get back with you… 2-3 days later and nothing was taken care of. I have been a patient of Dr. Kennedy for many years. He has seen me at my worst and supported me to overcome the challenges. The office staff are always kind. When necessary, the Nurse Practitioners are always willing to see me in Dr Kennedy absence or due to scheduling conflicts. Mandy has been instrumental with communicating my requests/concerns or medication refills and questions.
I've been seeing Gina Graves for 16 years. I certainly would not have stayed so long if she was not phenomenal! Although she has a busy practice, she always takes time to talk with me about any concerns. She and her staff stay on top of my medical needs. I highly recommend Dr. Kennedy's group if you are looking for excellent practitioners.
