Don't know what has happened to this office. My husband and I have been going for years. We had to find a new pup because they have gotten so awful.
My family and I have been patients of Dr Kennedy since he and his nurse Alicia first started out in Columbia. Dr Kennedy and staff are professional and caring with my family. He answers my questions honestly and helps me understand..the Why! with great care and knowledge and on my level. Overall, we as a family are more than happy with the care we have received. I have only been with this doctor about 3 months and this is truly the worse doctors office I have been to. It seems like it’s an inconvenience any time I call and talk to someone. Not to mention… It’s like pulling teeth to get a nurse to answer the phone the same day. They have filled out my forms to my insurance resulting in my prior authorization getting denied. My very first visit I came 15 minutes early and had to wait an hour past my appointment time before I even got called back. I will be moving to a new office with ... read more
