RecommendedI’ve had the opportunity to work with the Columbia Residential’s leadership team on a few projects. My experience working with them has been phenomenal, they’re attentive and genuinely care about their residents and teammates throughout all their properties.
Staff was EXTREMELY rude and does not make the effort to make future residents feel at home. My children were shushed and every time I asked a question the l young lady looked at me as if I was stupid. DO NOT recommend at all.
Rude, unprofessional, and Inconsiderate. They have been trying to raise my rent by 75% for the past year, because I wouldn't let them get out of their own contract, they have now resorted to constructive eviction. For the past 3 months, Someone in the office has come to my apartment on six different occasions for "inspection." Some how they keep by passing my security system, getting in my house without my consent, doing anything they want to do in there, arm the alarm and pretend like they never got in there, if i don't cat... read more
I'm tell you never ever stop by this appointment. The office manger had an hour conversation with a person after buzzing me in.They talked about what they did for the weekend and their plans for the holidays and 7th grade. Not ounce after can I help you with your need nothing, she even yelled out the door. I just want to find out if they had any appointments open and price.
