First off, we love the new home. However, their Ad says you will get 5 star service after the sale. I am honestly WARNING you, if you have a warranty issue, their rep, MICHELLE WOLCOTT is absolutely the WORST rep for any company I've been FORCED to TRY to work with in my long 67 years of life. If I would have known that I had to deal with MICHELLE WOLCOTT, I would have NEVER purchased this home from Columbia homes. She is not only rude, lazy, and of no consequence, she is an ANTI SALES AD for them. Don't do it. Move onto ano... read more
