Great customer service! Friendly and courteous! Will go the extra mile to assist even if they feel it will be next to impossible! Brought in a scooter that my mom depends on to get around to have a broken key replace. Tried 3 other places before Columbia and all others turned me away simply saying “we don’t have keys for scooters” without taking the time to even look at it.
