Does not honor committments!!! – When I purchased my brand new home, it came with "three free lawn care treatments" from Columbia. Like a fool, I thought this meant that they would come out when I called to fertilize my lawn. The first time I tried to get them to come out, I was got the run-around for WEEKS. After several conversations and being told that I would be called back, I was finally informed that I was "out of their normal range" and that they would not be coming.
