So happy with our home and how it turned out. Starr was always available for us to talk too, and communicate between us and the GC. She is knowledgeable about the homes and can answer most questions you have. We are so excited to move into our beautiful home!
Very good house if you like to experience roof leaks and cracked tiles. The house was built 6 years ago and I have already had 3 roof leaks and one of which flooded out my bathroom. The tiles in my kitchen are cracked (the crack runs straight through 5 tiles). The customer service of this home builder is absolutely terrible and very rude to talk to. They absolutely DO NOT CARE about their customers. Stay away from Kendal Homes unless you like dealing with problems.
