Live next door to home being built. Trash everywhere. Ask three times to take care. Contactor foreman real nice trying to solve the trash issue but no one pays attention..First time they put up trash fence and Barrell but the employees must not know how to use.Majority of Castlerock houses being built seem to have this problem. I didn't move here to have our community to start looking run down trashy place. Praying no storm comes through before home is complete. Notice how many of the 5 star reviews are from reviewers that have 1 or 2 reviews only.... We've had constant problems with our home. When we first went to move in I asked about the back fence versus the property line and they claimed it was fine . It wasn't, it was about 4ft short and it took jumping up and down to get them to come out and fix it and other issues. The electrical wiring has had multiple issues and the HVAC lost 7lbs of freon from a leak and they refuse to help cover this or help us hold the HVAC company acco... read more
