They will sell you a tractor but expect nothing for service after the sale. Lost a good customer ( two new tractors in the last 3 years) over extremely poor customer service.

I would recommend anyone looking to buy a piece of equipment to consider columbia kubota. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and polite.. i would also recommend asking for Jamie Bowling as your salesman.. I dealt with him buying my Kubota kx71 and he really went the extra mile to help me in anyway i needed..
I wish to thank Columbia Kubota for the wonderful service and understanding I received. I expeirence a total lss in a house fire April of 17. I puchased a new Kubota mower in November but told Jamie Bowling I had nowhere to store it. He said not to worry that they would hold my moeer until my house was rebuilt. They were true to their word and I now have a new hose an new mower. Thank you, Walt
