Dave did such a thoughtful and great job checking every inch of my 4,200 sqft house! My favorite part of his inspection was the report. It was very clear, had great pictures to support his findings and even had follow up information of people to contact to help fix the issues! Would hire him in a heart beat for my next home purchase!
