Called to order two pies and the girl that answered the phone said they were too busy and I should call back in 15 minutes. I informed her that it took me 10 minutes to get through because the line has been busy and asked if she could please take my order. She said no they are too busy and they cannot take my order. Just tried to order a pizza they cannot take any pizza orders for 15 minutes so the kitchen can get caught up. What kind of crap is this.

I threw my wife a surprise birthday party here. From beginning to end, the staff and management were awesome. Prompt service from the beginning, painless to book the party room, easy to choose from menus and they made a fake reservation for me so they could “move” us to the upstairs where the party was waiting. This restaurant has been here as long as I can remember from the early 80's, not sure if it's the same owners but this is my first experience here..We were lucky to get into Columbia Inn at the last minute on Christmas Eve. I would highly recommend the food and the service. My mother had the scallops and they were wonderful. Every dish we had was extremely flavorful and delicious, I was very impressed!
