Poor service Dropped in to have a fuel filter replaced. Was told that was a "Service Express" item and there was a 2.5 hour wait. I asked if I could make an appointment to have it done and was told no appointments for that kind of service and that I would have to wait or come at another time in hope the wait time was less. I'll be going to Tuffy's from now on where I can schedule an appointment and get the standard services done for 30% of the price charged here. TERRIBLE service TERRIBLE service department! We have had our van in the shop 5 times over about 9 months for the same problems. We have spent almost $3000 and it is still NOT fixed. When my husband called to tell them that it is having the same problem again they said "it could get expensive" if we bring it back in again.....REALLY?? They should stand behind their work seeing as how it is the SAME problem everytime! I would say it has already gotten expensive! RIDICULOUS and such poor customer service
