Please please let the Columbia Housing Authority Eastover SC stop passing their own inspection with their own inspector. This is the reason why people underlined health condition are getting worst instead of better. So many people have died under the Housing Authority watch til it's a shame . We are happy to have a roof over our heads but the condition and the mold and mildew smell coming from floor and walls the building is built on cement slab and now it's needs rehab or tear them down come on people this been going on for... read more

In a very stressful situation where I felt unheard and overlooked, he was the one person who consistently showed up, responded, and truly cared. Update 07/23/2025 honestly, I’ve been waiting on the waiting for 10 years. I don’t think I’ll never get apartment at this point. What they fail to inform you is that there’s really not enough funding for what I’m understanding. That’s what my dialysis social worker told me. It’s a shame.
