I did not purchase a car from your dealership. I have had countless bad experiences with the Honda dealer in Columbia. Please do not contact me about this. I avoid doing business with your dealership at all coset. You service department is the one exception. Buyer beware with Honda of Columbia.
Great experience. Appointment was a couple of weeks in advance.They had the parts as discussed. This was important because we drove in for the service. They had a shuttle waiting and picked us up when the work was done. It was completed inside the time we discussed. I would recommend their service dept.
Part of my diagnostic was completely inaccurate fix the problem myself for a fraction of the estimate

On Wednesday 4/22/26 I stopped in to Columbia Honda with the intention of test driving and purchasing a ‘26 Honda passport trail sport. I parked in front of the building and got out of my car and walked the sales lot for about 15 minutes browsing their inventory. Then entered the showroom and browsed the inventory in there. I opened car doors and raised lift gates, looked at window stickers etc. NOT ONE PERSON acknowledged my presence, greeted me or asked if I needed any assistance.
