A pleasure as usual and we always deal with Michelle Benjamin and is a doll & pleasure to work with! This is vehicle three for us from Honda & love working with her highly recommend Honda reliable and quick & easy process! Although this Time we shopped for a Dodge & got just what my daughter was looking for
They did a great job getting my vehicles oil change and tire rotation. They was quick about it too. A great place to get your vehicle serviced and taken care of.
There was a problem with scheduling. For some reason I wasn't in the system but I showed the desk person the text that I had confirming the appointment. The oil change and recall problem was done in good time but it could have been longer if they were filled up. Please make sure if an appointment is scheduled, that it is in the system.
Friend bought a car here he is very happy to make the payment, so they did it just right, lol
Bought a great car from Columbia Honda in October and the experience was fine. But, 2 weeks later noticed paint came off from a bad touch up job, they finally agreed to fix it and they would contact me to get appointment made after calling them couple weeks later and phone tag they called back and said paint booth was being moved and would call when it was ready, been about 4 months now with no call back. Don’t seem to care about customer once they got the sell.
