First off, Columbia Heart has some great cardiac doctors. The MAIN PROBLEM is their handling of appointments. When we show up for our appointments (on time). We always have to wait AT LEAST 1 HOUR before being taken into the inner waiting room to wait again. Today the wait time went from 1.5 to 3 Hours!!! This is constant. We are now looking for another cardiac doctor.
EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT! I'm thankful for Dr. Rhinehart and his staff in being Persistent in their followup both before and after my surgery.
