I made appointment 2 weeks ago, gave my insurance card information and the day before appointment they look up the card and was told they don't take medicare advantage plan. I tried to get them to look up my card and let me know when I scheduled it and they told me they couldn't do that which I didn't understand. I got a list of dentists from insurance and the Columbia dentistry was one of the dentists they listed.
