Had a great experience at Columbia Gastroenterology Kayla was very helpful with setting up my on line account. She was very pleasant and started what would be a great experience at this establishment. I showed her the issues I was having when I tried to sign up and was very helpful in resolving it. Dr Galen is also an outstanding physician. His explanation of my condition and guidance for resolution were professional and exemplary for someone in his position. Thanks to all for making this visit very pleasant.
Every associate was so friendly from the front desk to the doctor to scheduling. The doctor listened attentively and made sure my questions were answered without judgment or harsh undertones. It was such a pleasant experience.
