Went to Columbia Gastro for a 2nd opinion after 1st gastro gave up on me. Katie Livingston reviewed all my prior tests and recommended gallbladder removal based on tests. Surgery went very well. I had a chronic infection in my gallbladder. Since removal, I have been 100% and back to my happy self. Thank you Katie!
Had a great experience at Columbia Gastroenterology Kayla was very helpful with setting up my on line account. She was very pleasant and started what would be a great experience at this establishment. I showed her the issues I was having when I tried to sign up and was very helpful in resolving it. Dr Galen is also an outstanding physician. His explanation of my condition and guidance for resolution were professional and exemplary for someone in his position. Thanks to all for making this visit very pleasant.
Every associate was so friendly from the front desk to the doctor to scheduling. The doctor listened attentively and made sure my questions were answered without judgment or harsh undertones. It was such a pleasant experience.
