Absolutely the worst Customer experience ever at a physician office! First their way of communication is lacking good service to begin with. Finally I have an appointment, first time being seen, and they refuse to see me because I cannot wear their mask die health conditions! They give me a shield and tell me "wear this or don't be seen!" Last I checked, it is not mandatory to wear a mask anywhere. And definitely cannot force someone to wear anything!
