Terrible, i had a car stolen from the property and was told not to tell anyone or press charges on the person who did it. Apartments are outdated, have moce problems, you tell them to fix somethin and they cob job it to make you happy for a week til it breaks again. The laindry room is discusting and alwaysbjas clothes left in it and washer dryer break all the time. Nothin but headaches living here. I highly dont reccomed moving here. The manager is a douche that doesnt know how to manage a complex.

I'm in my 2nd year at Columbia Gardens, the tiniest apartment I've ever lived in. I'll be staying another 1. The apartment is cute, newer and most importantly energy effecient. I have the lowest nymo bills EVER. The former manager Rachel was here for years before me and most of my time. She was great and did an outstanding job maintaining the property. I lived in columbia wood which is owned by the same company who own rents out columbia gardens. The rental offcie manager is very rude. They get upset when you leave your trash infront of your door for only 5 min. I was on my way to work one day, and I needed to grab my trash to put it out for the day. I left something upstairs so i set my trash down for 5 min to run back into the house. when i came back home i had a threatening letter on my door saying they will kick me out in 3 days if i do that again. i explained to them ... read more
