We prepaid for our fuel December 26th with enough time dor delivery before we ran out. After getting 3 different dates and getting close to being empty I called and the customer service rep told me I will not being getting fuel until all the other people who ran out get to first and told me to call back when i run out an they will set up a emergency ticket. She then says trucks cannot go out because road conditions but that doesn't explain why my fuel wasnt delivered within the last 12 days. l understand people ran out but w... read more
I'm happy to say that we had our first delivery of farm diesel from Columbia Fuels the other day. From the person that helped my wife set up the account,to the fuel truck driver . I will say this. If you need farm or commercial fuel, this is the company to deal with.
