Extremely poor customer service. They sent a technician to repair my oil furnace when it stopped producing heat, and the experience was terrible. The technician was very rude and refused to explain what the issue was or how he fixed it. His exact words were: “I’m not a teacher; you’re my ninth client today and I have to work in a crappy hole.” I called the company three separate times to speak with management about this unprofessional behavior, but nothing was done. We prepaid for our fuel December 26th with enough time dor delivery before we ran out. After getting 3 different dates and getting close to being empty I called and the customer service rep told me I will not being getting fuel until all the other people who ran out get to first and told me to call back when i run out an they will set up a emergency ticket. She then says trucks cannot go out because road conditions but that doesn't explain why my fuel wasnt delivered within the last 12 days. l understand people ran out but w... read more
