I paid almost 6000.00 to get a new motor installed. Picked it up fri may 27 2022 and drove it 21 miles and it broke down...

Everyone at Columbia was very pleasant to work with but my salesman Matt Milici was great! Matt went well out of his way to make sure everything from the price of my car to service to putting my plates on it was done correctly. Also followed up to make sure I was happy with everything. I looked for the right car for almost three months at all different dealers around CT. I was sick and tired of sales people trying to get it over on me one way or the other. I am very happy I decided to go to Columbia Ford to trade my truck for my Edge. Everyone there was very helpful and very nice. I'm glad I didn't have to go back to Ray Seraphin Ford in Vernon where we bought our Ford Ranger 4x4 brand new in 2011, they really aren't helpful or sympathetic with the issues we had with our brand new truck.
