Customer and us are disappointed with the bouquet. We requested the refund with no response. Will work with our CC company to dispute the charges.
I am very disappointed with my latest order. They claimed to have a professional florist create a nice (Left pic) "Christmas Design". But what my mother got for her birthday, was a bunch of green leaves. Kinda sucks. will not be going back to these guys.
First time ordering from here and it was a great experience. Great service, great product and great communication. We ordered 3 arrangements for a funeral and they were very helpful with delivery time. Miguel would always call me back and answer any questions or concerns I had. I was very happy with everything. I highly recommend!
