Very disappointed by the rude front desk staff. We wanted to use this clinic because of the doctor but couldn’t imagine entrusting such an important decision to an office with unprofessional staff and admin support.
I’m sad and let down about my initial contact with this company. It seems the front desk staff are truly the issue with this company and are getting in between a lot of potential patients and the actual care team. The front desk staff never sent any confirmation or reminder emails/texts or phone calls about my appointment. There was nothing about it on the patient portal either.
