Just recently moved to Ft White from out of town. So grateful for this office! Close to home and very knowledgeable doctor and staff! Friendly service, we didn't feel rushed at all. He answered every question we had in detail! Got an appointment the same day for my teenager that was sick. Would highly recommend David!
Had a wonderful experience. It’s a family run, family practice. Doctor Davis took his time. Answered all questions. The business was extremely clean and organized. Staff was pleasant. Highly recommend.

I typically do not write reviews. However, Columbia Family Medicine deserves recognition on what extreme customer care should look like. Still cant believe the hospitality that was displayed this morning by Dr. David, Cindy and their daughter Haley. An employee (with no insurance) had a piece of steel lodged in his finger from a recent accident that wasn't work related. The employee had the hand x-rayed and the hospital directed him to a hand specialist. During a 2 week period the employee hasn't had the metal removed. The f... read more
