The person at the front desk struggled to run my bill through my insurance in March and decided to bill me later. I never received the bill and didn't think much about it. Last week, my mother called me to tell me they sent the bill to her and in her name and she didn't get it because she hasn't been home due to COVID. I have never had a Dr use the “F” word while talking to me. But Dr. V did just that. He made me feel stupid and then used the f word. I will NEVER go back to him. He’s unethical to say the least. I’m not done with this. The medical board has been contacted. I will not pay for the visit I had this past Tuesday. That’s not the kind of Dr for me.
This is one of the worst places for employees. everyone aside from a few off the actual physicians have been completely hostile and did not care one bit about the well-being of the patients that look to this office for medical help. Forget it if you have been a previous employee who left to go to school. Doctors are caring and actually spend time with their patients. They listen and provide the best care possible. I have seen Dr. McQuie for a number of years and have always had excellent care.
I have been using them for nearly 10 years off and on and the quality of customer service has become literally the worst I have ever seen (in any industry). Not only do they not follow-up or return calls when they are supposed to, the office staff have a horrible case of not giving a crap about any of the patients. After leaving 5-6 messages over 5 days returning their call they can't even apologize or act like they care they are completely neglecting their customers. We've been with Dr. V for as long as he's been there and we love him. He see's pretty much my entire family, including my parents and we've never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I don't think I've ever had any serious issues, but if there is ever a question, they are very quick to help and solve the problem. I haven't noticed any difference at all since they changed to being affiliated with MU, and I am there a few times a year for myself and then whenever my daughter needs to be seen.
