Absolutely pleasurable experience. Highly knowledgeable staff, kind support workers and competent front desk. Clean facilities. Weird but understandable valet parking. Both my wife and I feel VERY comfortable with our journey here.
The NP didn't seem to speak the language of Science. She didn’t seem to understand anything I said. Basic stuff, I thought. When I was leaving, I made a reference to the person taking the copay, and they gave me a look and said, "Don’t leave." Then, she started looking around as if she knew exactly what I was saying. I got the distinct feeling that I was not the only unhappy patient. I paid and left. Terrible experience.
