I just had my dental hygiene appointment here. I typically do not have a problem as I am easy going, but last night experience was completely inexcusable. Very unprofessional and unsafe male dental hygienist, I didn’t catch his name and I question if this individual is actually licensed. Horrible bedside manner. You get what you pay for and you pay for what they decide to do once they have you in a position where it's difficult to say no. The good thing is that they are quick and, supposedly, they do what can to help you out working with insurance. Fair-ish prices with or without, just don't get swindled into something you didn't arrange with them beforehand.
Outrageous prices it’s terribly dingy and dirty, and the rates are drastically inflated compared to other dentists.
Great people here. Financial help was invaluable. Edit: went corporate, lost the plot, kicked the most vulnerable patients to the curb. Not the same as it was. and they want your email so they can check your reviews.
Worst place I have ever been. Took two X-rays and told me they couldn’t do anything and to go to the ER. So I did. ER drained my abscess and put a drain in said I could come back to get the drain removed. Was told they couldn’t do anything even when I told them over the phone why I was coming in. No one knows how to listen properly, makes pointless appointments just to steal your money, and wastes your time.
