Very poor experience getting my wisdom teeth removed. The front desk staff was dismissive while I was in the office with very poor communication throughout. There were no instructions before getting my wisdom teeth removed so I didn't know not to eat anything before the extraction. This resulted in me arriving the day of and having to change the operation from one where I was sedated from one where I was awake for the entire operation. Both receptionist are utterly unprofessional and incompetent! Upon arriving for my scheduled Wisdom teeth removal I was greeted by one of the receptionists shaking their head saying (to my surprise) , “You don’t have an appointment today”. Confused I asked what she meant because I was certain my surgery was scheduled. To which she replied “We emailed you and called you to let you know the Doctor wouldn’t be in today.
