The number on the website doesn’t work
My aunt had a Wonderful experience at Columbia Dental in the Waterbury office. Dr. Lee was very caring and professional as well as his assistants. Highly recommended. Thank you.
Made an appointment, show up only to find note on door to call number. The office was closed. Called the number and was told they weren't open for another week. Never received a call, text, or email stating to reschedule. To bad I can't charge them for not being at the appointment like they do to consumers. This is not the first or second issue I've had with them. Turn over rate is high as well. Find another company and save yourself the inconvenience.
Can’t get them on phone ever plus the staff is only there a few days a week. That’s crazy.
