I was initially willing to give this office the benefit of the doubt and assume my experience was a one-off. However, after a friend recently had a terrible experience, I feel compelled to leave a one-star review. I went through a long process after losing a primary tooth trying to get an implant. After the Dr tried twice and the implant would not heal. They were so patient with me and helped me make the best decision for the problem.
They did a great job
I've not been to a dental office in years, because of what most people fear about having dental work done. Yesterday: I had one of the most pleasurable experiences in this New London office. Gretchen, the dental hygienist, was UNBELIEVABLE. She has a wonderful way of making you feel comfortable, relaxed, and assuring, as she performed her magic.
