told me in beginning of October after removing a total of 5 teeth from my mouth including a front! was promised by the doctor done before the holidays. I called insurance company today feb4. They have the answer from them since Jan. 9 they haven't called me yet! Never told me I had to wait for approval! insurance won't cover! come to find out. This office is ridiculous! I called with a referral and explained specifically what I needed done and was given an appointment fairly quickly. However, I get there and as I'm filling out paperwork the secretary is reading a patients social security number out loud in front of a full waiting room...then I get in a room just to be told what I need done they don't do. What a waste of my time!!!!! I would NEVER refer anyone not even an enemy to a place run so poorly!! If your identity get stolen make sure it's not from them blur... read more
Clean office and friendly staff. However...the disparity between your scheduled appointment time and the time they actually start doing any actual work on you is outrageous. I had a 4 pm appointment. Got called in for x-rays at 4:15. Sat around doing nothing in the chair with the bib on until 5:12 before the hygienist finally came in. She was great but I was feeling irked by then. The cleaning was fast but then it was more sit around and wait for the Dr. Finally @ 6:15 pm I was done. It was just an annual cleaning and exam. ... read more
i love this place clean very respectful people.. did a good job for me.
They owe me a $592.00 refund and for weeks I'm getting the run around. They acknowledged they owe me but no one seems to want to cut the check. The refund is for bad dental work that THEY ALSO ACKNOWLEDGED. Do your mouth a favor, don't go here. There are plenty of good dentists in Waterbury
This place is so clean and pleasant! Open 7 days a week!
