This place employs either crooks or idiots. I came in for a second opinion and asked specifically if there was a charge. They said "Oh No, there wont be." Then immediately took me in for the consult, including X-rays and exam. They gave me a price and off I went. Months later they sent me a bill for a remainder of insurance costs. They are devious and manipulative. Be careful and do due diligence because they are going to lie to you. I will not go back here for any dental services.

They moved to 1389 West Main Street, Waterbury, CT. Sister was scheduled to have all teeth removed within 24 hours of initial exam without an approval from Medicaid. They don’t think people know they need prior authorization! What will happen tomorrow? Will all her teeth be pulled or will it be a consultation? Just milking the government!

All Columbia dental offices are not reasonable, they don't follow proper safety guidelines or maintain a clean work environment for dentistry. They don't properly do teeth exams and have caused unnecessary long term pain and discomfort and as re not at all certified to safely remove metal "poison mercury" fillings. I have been suffering from murcery poison nong from my decaying murcery fillings that have decayed a.few teeth and caused a lot of health issues. Find Dr Dental a better dentistry by far that accepts all insuran... read more

The dentists at the Columbia Dental are friendly and professional and the equiqments are quite new. However, 2 complaints: 1. The service charges are usually higher than the other dental offices. If you have individual dental insurance, then they will charge you the full amount and up to you to work with the dental insurance (they will provide the required claim documents); 2. Slow support to work with the insurance company since they acquired the full amount paid at the date of service. I had a root canal & crown servic... read more

I had to give one star in order to write a review. I would've given -5 stars. The place is filthy, noticeable blood stains on light handles. Dr. Mohammadi was the worst I've ever seen. He examined my teeth, and touching my mouth while adjusting his filthy mask (during a pandemic). He first attempted to sell me a partial instead of gluing back a loose crown. When I declined, he proceeded to glue the crowning the meantime wiggling the crown back and forth, and then said"I can't fix it". Frustrated, I asked for my crown b... read more

I never thought I would ever find a MacGyver dentist. To my astonishment Dr. Harper@Columbia dental in Bristol is a Dental MacGyver. My first visit Christmas Eve was a Miracle at 169 Middle St. Bristol when he reconstructed Five of my front teeth. Don’t forget we have bottom teeth too! Today, Dr. Harper performed another MacGyver and reconstructed my bottom half! Fulfill your secret New Year’s resolution to Smile again and make an appointment.

I remember when they first opened this Waterbury dentist office that they were very professional and had an excellent staff. Well after today's visit I will NEVER go back there. The first issue I had was when I went to the restroom and found it utterly disgusting. It was filthier than a gas station bathroom. Secondly I was sitting in the dentist chair for a solid half hour. They totally forgot I was even there! And lastly after they took ex-rays of my mouth the doctor recommended I have all my teeth removed and get dentures.... read more
