Had a 1:00 PM appointment. Follow up to a previous visit (extraction) arrived at 12:55 PM and was told to take a seat in the waiting area. At 1:16 PM I inquired as to why had not been seen. I was told Doctor was with another patient and would be shortly. I was told 5 minutes. I told the receptionist that I would be leaving if that did not occur.
