Pleasant. Punctual. Professional business exchange. Nice work by a nice team.
I received three different quotes, but Columbia Contracting offered the best payment options and discounts. The permit process was quick, although HOA approval took a little longer. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend Columbia Contracting to anyone looking to get a new deck or other home improvement project done.
This is the second repair we needed. Both times the problem was diagnosed correctly and repaired quickly. The price was as expected and reasonable. We would recommend their service to anyone in need.

Columbia Contracting replaced our roof this September — very competitive price, fast turnaround, and high-quality work. The cleanup was the one of the best I've seen on any job of this size - not a nail left behind. Easy five stars and an easy recommendation to anyone shopping roofing bids around Fredericksburg.
