Extremely disappointed with Columbia County Public Health and the complete lack of communication and empathy I've experienced regarding a rabies exposure involving my cat. I submitted a bat for rabies testing on Friday before 1 PM and was told results would be available later that same day. I called Friday before 4:30pm and was sent to voicemail. A horrible CPS place they didn't take my call and when they did they closed what a horrible place
CPS worker was horrible. She lacked compassion and appeared completely disconnected from the very people she was supposed to be helping. Terrible person.
No communication will not listen to you their never wrong or will never except responsibly
