I purchased my truck from Clement Chrysler and Dodge before Clement purchased the dealership. The service was amazing prior and it is still amazing now. This is the only dealership that I will allow to touch my truck. The staff are amazing and the service is second to none.
UPDATE 9/17/25 - Nate said "he's sorry for our experience" but just so everyone can see on the internet - Nate is lying. He's refusing to answer my texts/phone calls as well as my husband's. We still have NOT received the money back that is owed to us nor is the car fixed like they promised. Please, do not believe what these people say! I recently had my Gladiator in for some unfortunate fixing, Alex in the service department took excellent care keeping me up to date on the progress. To Alex and the rest of the team that wrenched on my Jeep, thank you, it drives better than when I took delivery from the factory.
Becky from the service dept. was very helpful and knowledgeable. They even gave me a ride home and picked me up when my Veichle was finished. Thank You Clement Dealership
We've dealt with a lot of service departments and by far Alex in service is amazing ! I was worried about coming here after seeing a few negative reviews, but have no fear Alex is there! We had several warranty issues with our brand new car and Alex took care of all the work getting Dodge to make it perfect! Thank you to him and the mechanic who worked on our car!
