I bought a 2020 Suburban, when you spend 70K on a vehicle you would at least expect it to be detailed when you go pick it up. Not only that but the day that I picked it up they couldn’t find my second key FOB - I had to make a second trip over there so that they could program the key Fob, Plus give me the DVD remote that they never put in the car.
