I had such a great experience at Columbia Center. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming. They even offered me water or juice while I waited and had a welcome sign with my name on it! My initial experience was fine, although I did feel the services provided were pretty expensive. However, I did have a bad experience relating to a $75 fee for a "no show" for an appointment that was made 9 months ago. A few days before the appointment I received a text message reminder from them, which unfortunately I didn't see, so therefore didn't confirm the appointment.
