Very disappointed in this place. Not very Organized. Cancelled my appointed three times. Talk to a person twice that ensured me the appointment was cancelled. The day before the appointment was scheduled I received a text asking to confirm the appointment and a person called to confirm it. That person also said they were cancelling the same appointment for thr 4th time. They refuse to give written confirmation of cancelled appointment. Suspicious! So I'll call my insurance to ensure they are not billed.

I visited Columbia Center for Implants & Periodontics (10490 Little Patuxent Pkwy #280, Columbia, MD) for a new patient periodontics consultation on March 4th, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM, but I waited in the lobby for about 2 hours, repeatedly asking the front desk when I would be seen. After the wait, I was finally taken inside where the dental assistant asked the usual intake questions. They did offer me a bottle of water at that time, which I appreciat... read more

Made an appointment for a tooth extraction per my dentist. Had to wait for over an hour and then they were only going to do the $350 CT scan and schedule the extraction later. Told them to cancel and I'll get it done elsewhere. No less than four people were having similar time issues and were upset. One guy even followed me outside to discuss that yesterday was just as bad. Won't go back.

A few months ago I had bone grafting and 2 implants done at the Columbia Center for Implants @ the Town Center location. Walking through the double doors into a bright spacious waiting room, you are greeted by the organized front desk staff who are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Dr Jose's high standards and expertise show in his work. He is also very caring asking if you are ok through the whole procedure making sure you are comfortable. Dr Jose and is entire team are very knowledgeable and show great professionali... read more

I am a fairly new patient. I am having full implants and I hope it goes well because I paid for everything months ago. PROS: Kind and professional staff. They welcome you when you come in for an appointment. CONS: Too many. The office manager pushed and pushed me about paying in November or the cost would go up. I had to ask several times for a treatment plan. The center and the dentists don't like to take the time to explain things to you. When I asked Dr. Chon, he seemed annoyed. I'm sure he's competent but he's very hyper... read more
