So great! I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Loveridge and his staff. This is the first place I've ever been that claims to specialize in kids and acts like it. The waiting room is a veritable playland. The staff wears the cutest scrubs, with Dr. Suess and Peanuts characters on them. Everyone seems to understand how scary the dentist is for kids and works to make the kids feel comfortable. There is no acting like the patients are an inconvenience and everyone is so nice. Absolutely great dentist Columbia Basin Pediatric Dentistry is just great. The office is designed just for kids and there is lots to do to make waiting fun. The staff is kind and very sweet to the kids, the dentists are wonderful and gentle. Dr. Loveridge, specifically, is just terrific! Recently, my grandson had dental work done under general anesthetic and developed an infection in his throat. Dr. Loveridge answered our pages right away, called on his own to check on the situation and, when we couldn't find a pharmacy open... read more
great experience for kids of any age They really try their best to help the children feel as comfortable as possible. They do a great job of explaining what is going to happen and what the kids should expect. It truly helps the kids so that aren't as anxious. The prices have been reasonable and they work with the insurance companies so I don't have to. The cavity free club is a great incentive for the kids to work that much harder to brush good and not get cavities.
