Had my 14 yr old daughter in there today for an impacted canine tooth. Dr. Cooper and his assistants were amazing! They talked her through the procedure (which she choose to do under local anesthesia) and were very courteous and professional. Even at her initial consultation, Dr. Cooper made a point of addressing her directly when discussing the procedure, not just talking over her head to mom & dad. I would highly recommend Dr. Cooper and his office.
I had 13 teeth pulled one week ago today had a check up today. I had Dr. Reddinger and staff I have no infection and very little pain teeth are in. Very professional friendly staff would give them a ten plus. Thank you
Well wasn't sure what to expect, but as soon as i arrived staff very, nice, welcoming. Once in room Dr. Cooper explained what he was going to do and got to business. Not painful at all, talked me through it all. It was quick, and i am currently recovering very well. He had to shave down some bone or pieces of tooth left behind from extraction. For a denture fit. Highly recommend Columbia Basin oral
I had a great experience here. Dr. Cooper was always on time with my appointment and getting my wisdom teeth removed was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone.
I was in so much pain on Aug 1st due to two impacted wisdom teeth. The staff and Dr were able to get me in for surgery the next morning, Aug 2nd. When I went in they had me down for local anesthetic but I was so anxious and asked if they could put me out for the surgery. I thought I was scheduled for general anesthesia but I wasn't. Got my wisdom teeth out this past week. Very fast work and quality service! Don't have one regret of going here! Didn't get infected and had a quick turnaround time of 5 days and I was back at work!
