Wanting for results on an ankle pain. I went in on 2/28/2026. Staff was great but didn’t feel like I was treated properly. Had my foot looked ones at had X-rays done and then Dr came back and said had couldn’t tell and waiting for radiology to read and get back to me. Told me when getting discharged what to take I am a type 2 diabetes patient which was shouldn’t take ibuprofen. And you think they would at lease wrap it

As *everyone* local seems to say: unless loss of life is imminent, go to moses lake. Countless awful horror stories about this place, which is so sad. Waited over 1h for a serious issue potential anaphylaxis in a baby (no one else waiting!) and finally left to a different ER. Was never seen by any nursing staff and vitals weren’t checked. Then front desk check in person was gone for over 20m+ (!!) while people waited in agony to even get checked in. Awful customer service. I am John M and recently had bladder surgery and had to go To Columbia Basin Hospital because I could not urinate. They inserted a catheter and fixed me right up with top-notch service and care. Thank you, Columbia Basin Hospital for your Expert care.
