What an amazing family of people. From the greeting and check in, to the hearing test and fitting for hearing devices adjustments and billing. I give Columbia Basin Hearing. 10 +. Things don’t always go as planned. This getting old stuff sucks. They made the journey outstanding. If you’re are struggling with hearing loss. Amazing and professional doctors and staff that go above and beyond! After the initial testing and discussing those results I brought up some issues that I was having with my hearing despite the initial testing, and the clinic quickly got me scheduled for a follow on test and diagnosing an issue that I’ve had for years but no one took seriously.

Dr. Shannon was professional and knowledgeable about hearing loss and Tinnitus. Her office is comfortable and has a massage chair!

They're going to tell you that Medicare covers your exam. In actuality Medicare pays about two thirds they bill you for the balance. They're going to tell you if you don't like the $4,400.00 product you're sold they'll give you back $4,000.00. What they don't tell you is they'll give it back to you in four to six weeks. I'll update the review in four to six weeks. I will say that the office staff were pleasant enough people who seem to mean well, but overall it's a disappointing experience.

I’ve had a great experience here. They took the time to make sure I was happy with my hearing aids, and I really appreciate their care and attention. A friend recommended this place, and I’m glad I decided to come. I feel like I can trust them and that they truly care about their clients.
