After a golf ball sized hail storm, I contacted 4 (FOUR) contractors to inspect my roof. Out of the 4, only two showed up. One was Aaron Dick with Columbia Basin Exteriors LLC. The other we will call "Brand X." The Brand X gentlemen was punctual, showed up when he said he would and got back to me in a timely manner with a bid. Aaron Dick with CBX was also punctual and showed up when he said he would. The difference was Brand X said I had a shingle missing and it would cost $450 to put someone on the roof for anything.
