Chad represented CBX Roofing Company. He shared his knowledge, workmanship and "how it works" from start to finish. Trustworthy and very conscience of work done. He worked ,hand in hand with the Insurance company to make sure the process went smoothly. Inspection was done Aug 7 th and completed,Aug25, doesn't get any better than that. Thank you Chad
I did not use CBX's services but after the hailstorm we experienced in Bend in early August 2025 I was worried about my roof and solar panels. Jeff of CBX was doing the rounds in my neighborhood. He knocked on my door offering to take a peak at my roof and see if there was any damage. He took a look and thankfully my roof was only 5-6 years old so no serious damage was done. My roof was damaged by hail and CBX came to my rescue. The Project Manager(s) were professional and knowledgeable and I feel I got top-notch service. The workers completed my roof in one day!
For us, we were most thankful that Aaron help us navigate though the difficulty of the insurance company. He really did a great job of making sure our job was done properly. And made sure our insurance cover the damage. Thanks Aaron
Kaipo was great to work with. Answered any question timely and professionally. Finished work on time and very efficiently. Took care of insurance requests and did an excellent job.
